ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 days for order processing (shifts in high season) and up to 3-5 days for shipping. Please see the announcement bar at the top of the website page for current processing times. Please also note that USPS and other postal services have been experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For orders of more than 8 (45lb) cases of wax, please allow 3-4 days for processing.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Once you receive a shipping notification please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to start working- it needs to get picked up and scanned in at the post office.
Occasionally items don’t get scanned in properly. If it has been past the projected delivery date and you haven’t received your item and the tracking isn’t working, please let us know.

WE OFFER AFFORDABLE SHIPPING RATES
We Ship US Nationwide and Canada Only (We do not ship to HI, or US territories).
We are currently shipping via UPS Ground . When the postal backlog has cleared we will consider shipping with USPS.
CANCELATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not accepting international orders at this time. All orders placed for freight forwarding to foreign countries will be cancelled. Orders placed from regions outside of the US or Canada will be cancelled and refunded.
