RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time unless you were sent the incorrect product. Due to the nature of our main product (wax) you may receive soft or semi melted wax during the summer months. Buyer accepts responsibility of this risk. All purchases of all products including fragrance oils and wicks are final, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If we sent you the wrong product we will gladly replace it for you.
You will receive a full refund if your product is lost in delivery. For lost items; you can chose to receive a replacement product if any is available in stock. Please contact us promptly via the "contact us page".
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Email us right away via the "contact us" page with your order number and name. Un-shipped orders will be completely refunded. Any orders that have already shipped out will need to be returned in an unopened state and then a cancellation and refund will be issued. We will send you a return label for cancelled orders No cancellations after 3 business days.
CANCELATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not accepting international orders at this time. All orders placed for freight forwarding to foreign countries will be cancelled. Orders placed from regions outside of the US or Canada will be cancelled and refunded.
CANCELATION DUE TO FRAUD
Our payment processor and web host frequently checks orders for fraud. Any orders flagged as medium or high risk will be assessed and cancelled and refunded as appropriate. If you receive a cancelation and you believe it was made in error, please use the contact us page to express your concern.
